Industrial Development Authority
The authority promotes and develops trade by seeking to locate businesses in the county. The authority also promotes the best use of the county’s agriculture, natural and historic resources. The authority is made up by seven members, one from each district and two at large. The authority meets every other month on the fourth Monday at 7pm at the Dinwiddie County Airport.
